We personally contact your physician and any
other concerned health care professional in order
to develop an appropriate treatment plan.
Families
are encouraged to participate in the
decision making, as well as on-going

Ongoing
Service...
1. Our
Director of Patient Services carefully monitors
your case to ensure the care provided optimally
meets your heath and rehabilitative needs.
2. At
no charge, regular visits are made
to your home by a registered nurse to to
supervise the staff.
3. Emergency
access to a Registered Nurse 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
We
are happy to make any changes or adjustments
on an ongoing and as needed basis.
